Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Shipments will be arranged by "Hamalfitè of Ilenia Iacuzio" Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:30. The orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the next Monday morning.

Hamalfitè ships all around the world by GLS courier for Italy and UPS with AIR EXPRESS service for other countries.

It is important that you insert an email address and a phone number correctly when you place an order.

The courier does not always contact the customer by phone, so it is important that you insert a correct email address when placing an order.

N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after placing it.

Deliveries will be effected Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00.

 

Estimated time of delivery after the shipment date:

ITALY: 1-3 working days;

USA and Canada: 1-3 days according to the destination;

Europe: 1 day for major cities / 2-3 days for remote areas 

South America: 3-4 days 

Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days

Australia and Oceania: 2 - 3 days for major cities / 4 - 5 days for remote areas; 

Africa: 2 - 4 days;

 

Hamalfitè is not responsible for possible delays in shipments caused by international customs issues, delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond the control of Hamalfitè.

During promotions there may be delays in immediate shipping.

In all cases Hamalfitè reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. 

 

Returns:

 

It is possible to ask for returns within 14 days from the date of the order.

 You can not make Returns or Changes for Promotional Products / Discounts / Sales.

N.B .: Shipping and return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer, in the case of rendering, the amount of 15 € incurred by Hamalfité for shipment will be withheld from the amount of the refund.
