General Conditions of Sale and Shipping

Orders are sent by "Hamalfitè Beachwear", from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Orders need 12 / 24h for preparation.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning

Hamalfitè ships all over the world via GLS couriers for Italy, and UPS for foreign countries with AIR EXPRESS service.

It is important, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number;
Therefore, if the GLS courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer via e-mail to schedule a second free delivery, if he does not receive a reply to the e-mail sent he will NOT make a second delivery and the package will return after 10 days to the sender and the costs arising from the stock will be charged to the recipient

The courier does not always contact the customer by telephone so it is important to enter an exact email address when ordering. N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order after making the purchase.

Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00.


Estimated delivery times from the shipping date:

ITALY: 1-2 working days;
USA and Canada: 3-5 days depending on the destination;
Europe: 2 days for the main destinations / 3 - 4 days for the remote destinations;
South America: 5 - 6 days;
Asia and the Middle East: 2 - 3 days;
Australia and Oceania: 3 - 4 days for main destinations / 4 - 5 days for remote destinations;
Africa: 2 - 4 days;


Hamalfitè is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and checks, delays by the courier or due to force majeure beyond the control of Hamalfitè.
During the promotion period, shipments may take longer.

In all cases Hamalfitè reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

 

Changes or Returns:

It is possible to request the exchange of goods or refund within 8 days by logging into your account.

It is not possible to make Returns or Exchanges for the products in promotion / Discounts / Sale.

NOTE: The shipping costs for exchanges or returns are to be paid by the buyer; in the case of return, the amount of € 10 claimed by Hamalfitè for shipping will be withheld from the refund amount.

Payments are accepted through Paypal, Braintree or bank transfer, secure systems used throughout the world.
You can pay either by credit card or through your Paypal account.

The credit cards accepted are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, POSTEPAY, AURA CARD, PAYPAL CARD.

In case of payment by Paypal, the shipment will take place within two working days of receipt of payment.
